Zain Baloch

Amani Staycation was born from a passion for service, real estate, and helping others create long-term value through stress-free property management. Founded by Zain Baloch, an active duty U.S. Army service member with six years of honorable service—including a combat deployment to Afghanistan and missions across Europe—the company was built on the principles of discipline, reliability, and integrity.

Zain’s journey began at Indiana University, where he studied business and developed a strong interest in entrepreneurship. Seeking something more hands-on and meaningful, he enlisted in the Army, where he served at both Fort Drum and Fort Stewart. Along the way, he developed a deep respect for leadership, structure, and the importance of taking care of people.

During his time in the military, Zain discovered a love for real estate and the power it holds to create stability—not just for investors, but for families and communities. That realization led to the creation of Amani Staycation, with a  mission to empower homeowners by providing reliable, stress-free property management solutions that deliver above-market rental income, long-term stability, and exceptional care.

As Zain transitions from active duty to full-time entrepreneurship, Amani Staycation carries forward his mission of service—just in a new uniform
